Case Study: Tourism Destination Business
This chart represents the moment this business was onboarded with a fresh social media strategy. Prior to me working with them, they had multiple people posting on the account 2-3 times a day, every single day and they couldn't understand why they weren't getting more traffic to their website or selling more services/products. Once I implemented a new strategy focused on the business metrics, not only did we see increased revenue and website traffic, but we also saw an increase in the engagement and brand awareness on social.
This home services company needed to improve marketing performance while keeping their budget flat. Rising acquisition costs were putting pressure on margins, and leadership needed clearer accountability across channels. The goal was simple but non-negotiable: acquire more customers at a lower cost without adding spend.
Customer Acquisition Cost dropped dramatically within the first month and continued to decline in the following period, landing well below the established target. This improvement was achieved without increasing overall marketing spend, proving that efficiency, not budget growth, was the real lever for ROI.
What started as a cost-control initiative quickly became a scalable growth model, with clearer visibility, stronger accountability, and healthier margins.

How I structure my services
I utilize monthly retainers with my clients, and those hours can be used towards any of the services that I provide. The scope of work can differ month-to-month based on the needs of the business, so the retainer is tailored to the company.
My marketing services = $125/hour (execution of strategy, development of plans)
My strategy services = $250/hour (development of strategy)
