Amber Craig

Amber Craig is a cannabis marketing strategist, educator, and former executive with deep experience building and scaling brands in one of the most regulated industries. She has worked across medical and recreational cannabis, leading marketing, merchandising, pricing, retail design, ecommerce, and regulatory engagement for multi-store retail operations, including helping launch and scale more than 40 retail locations and delivering multiple industry firsts.

In addition to her industry leadership, Amber spent nearly four years as an Instructor with Mount Royal University Continuing Education, where she developed and taught Canada’s first Cannabis Retail Marketing course. Her teaching blends real-world execution with strategy, compliance, and consumer insight, giving students a practical understanding of how to market cannabis responsibly, effectively, and within regulatory frameworks.
